Oven use is permitted only for products explicitly marked oven-safe. Never microwave pieces with metallic accents. Avoid sudden temperature changes, and hand wash with a soft sponge and mild detergent when product-specific guidance is unavailable.

Dishwasher use is suitable only where explicitly confirmed, and the selected wash, rinse, and drying settings must meet that product’s stated limits. Avoid sudden temperature changes. If dishwasher suitability or cycle temperatures are unconfirmed, hand wash with a soft sponge and mild detergent.

Hand wash the Matte Riveted Flatware collection with a soft sponge and mild detergent; dishwasher cleaning is not recommended for this collection.
