By accessing our website or purchasing our stoneware, you are entering our digital studio. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website.


1. The Nature of Stoneware (Product Accuracy)

Every piece tells a different story.

Unlike industrial, machine-stamped porcelain, SundayWare is crafted in historical kilns using reactive glazes. This means that:

  • Variations are intentional: Slight differences in glaze depth, texture, color tone, and organic shaping are not defects. They are the signature of high-fired stoneware.
  • Digital representation: We have made every effort to display the colors and textures of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

By purchasing from SundayWare, you acknowledge that the piece you receive may vary slightly from the image on your screen—a unique feature of heirloom-quality ceramics.


2. Pre-Orders & Production Cycles

To honor the slow process of kiln firing and minimize waste, some of our collections are offered via Pre-Order.

  • Timeline: Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page. These are our best estimates based on kiln schedules, but ceramics production can be unpredictable.
  • Delays: In the event of a production delay, we will notify you immediately via email.
  • Payment: Payment is collected at the time the order is placed to secure your allocation in the kiln.

3. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Delivery

We pack our ceramics with skincare-level protection to ensure they arrive safely. However, once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

Broken on arrival? Don't worry. As per our Refund Policy, we assume responsibility for breakages that occur during transit. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.


4. Intellectual Property

The content on this site—including our photography, "Visual ASMR" videos, brand storytelling, and logo—is the intellectual property of SundayWare. You may not use, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Service or content without express written permission from us.


5. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We love hearing from our community. If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, or other materials (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.
