Shipping Policy: The Journey to Your Table
We treat every package like a gift. Because our stoneware is heavy and fragile, we use specialized, eco-protective packaging to ensure your pieces survive the journey from our historical kilns to your doorstep.
1. Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to hand-pack and dispatch your order. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
2. Standard Shipping (Timeline & Carriers)
We partner with reliable carriers to balance cost and speed. Once dispatched, the estimated transit times are:
- United States: Delivered within 7 -12 business days.
- Canada : 8 -18 business days depending on local customs clearance.
*Note: During high-volume seasons (like the holidays), carriers may experience slight delays.
3. Shipping Fees

Orders over $149: Enjoy Free Shipping to the United States and the United Kingdom.

Orders under $149: A flat shipping fee of $9.99 will be applied at checkout.
4. Duties, Taxes, and Customs (Important)
We want to be transparent about international fees to avoid surprises upon delivery.
- Taxes Not Included: Our product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT, or local taxes (DDU/DAP).
- Customer Responsibility: As the importer of record, you are responsible for paying any applicable import fees required by your country's customs agency upon arrival.
- Clearance Assistance: We handle all export paperwork from our side. To assist with your customs clearance, we provide a commercial invoice (pro forma invoice) with every shipment.
Refusal of Delivery: If a package is refused due to customs fees, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Tracking Your Rituals
Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
