Shipping Policy: The Journey to Your Table

We treat every package with care and use protective packaging selected for the product, order size, and destination.

1. Processing Time

Please allow 1-3 business days for quality checks, packing, and dispatch. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Standard Tracked Shipping

Standard tracked shipping is the default delivery option. Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

  • United States: 8-12 business days.
  • Canada: 8-18 business days, depending on customs clearance.
  • Europe: 10-18 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Other eligible destinations: The estimate shown at checkout applies.

Orders whose standard-shipping chargeable weight exceeds 5 kg may be divided into multiple tracked parcels. There is no additional standard shipping charge for this split.

3. Optional Express Shipping

You may choose Express Shipping (3-7 business days after dispatch) at checkout where available. The express upgrade fee is calculated from the chargeable shipping weight.

Express rates are normally available for shipments with a chargeable weight of up to 7 kg. For heavier or unusually bulky orders, please contact Client Care for an express quotation.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Orders under $149: Standard tracked shipping is $9.99.
  • Orders $149 and above: Standard tracked shipping is complimentary.
  • Express upgrade: The fee displayed at checkout is paid in addition to the order total. Complimentary standard shipping does not waive the express upgrade fee.

5. Duties, Taxes, and Customs

Sundayware covers all import duties and customs-clearance charges associated with your shipment. Customers are not responsible for import duties at delivery.

Any other applicable taxes, when required, are shown at checkout where available. If a carrier requests an unexpected import-duty payment, please contact Client Care before paying so we can resolve it.

6. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.
