Our design hub is based in Guangzhou鈥攁 city that serves as our creative cradle and boasts a world-class ceramic supply chain. Each piece is crafted, either by hand or through artisanal processes, in partnership with heritage studios. This allows us to blend modern aesthetics with centuries-old craftsmanship.

Material, intended-use, and care information varies by product. Please review the specifications and care instructions on the individual product page before use. If a detail is not listed or you have a specific material concern, contact our Client Care team before purchasing.

• Ceramics: Use in a dishwasher or microwave only when the product page confirms it is suitable. Products with metallic accents must not be microwaved.
• Glassware: Dishwasher, microwave, and oven suitability varies by item.
• Woodware: Hand wash only. Do not place wooden products in a dishwasher, microwave, or oven.
• Oven use: Only use a product in the oven when it is explicitly labeled "Oven-Safe." Avoid sudden temperature changes.

Some Sundayware products intentionally feature speckled, textured, or softly varied finishes. Where these characteristics are described on the product page, they are part of the design rather than transit damage. If a variation materially affects use or differs substantially from the listing, please contact Client Care.

Standard tracked shipping is the default option for eligible destinations:

• Orders $149 and above: Complimentary standard tracked shipping.
• Orders under $149: A flat standard shipping fee of $9.99 at checkout.

You can also choose Express Shipping (3-7 business days after dispatch) for an additional fee. Express pricing is calculated at checkout from the chargeable shipping weight; complimentary standard shipping does not make the express upgrade free.

We typically process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days from our logistics center in Guangzhou, China. Estimated transit times after dispatch are 8-12 business days to the United States, 8-18 business days to Canada, and 10-18 business days to Europe with standard tracked shipping. Express Shipping is estimated at 3-7 business days where available. Large standard orders may be divided into multiple tracked parcels at no additional standard shipping charge.

We proudly offer shipping to most international destinations. Available shipping options and rates will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress in real-time.

If your tracking information shows no updates or the package hasn't arrived past the estimated window, please contact us at care@sundayware.com. If the package is confirmed lost, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement at no extra cost.

Sundayware covers all import duties and customs-clearance charges associated with your shipment. Customers are not responsible for import duties at delivery. Any other applicable taxes, when required, are shown at checkout where available. If a carrier requests an unexpected import-duty payment, please contact Client Care before paying so we can resolve it.

Don鈥檛 worry; we are committed to a stress-free experience. While we use protective packaging, accidents can happen. If your items arrive damaged, please send photos of the product and packaging to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Used tableware cannot be returned unless it is defective. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are covered at no additional cost. This policy does not affect applicable statutory consumer rights.

Our warehouse typically begins processing orders within 24 hours. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been fulfilled and is in transit, we are unable to make any changes.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that arrival times may vary depending on your bank's processing speed.

We select protective packaging according to the product, order size, and destination to reduce the risk of transit damage. Packaging materials may vary. Please reuse or dispose of each material according to your local recycling guidance.

Absolutely. Sundayware was designed to share warmth. While we currently do not offer a gift-wrapping service, our standard packaging is crafted with a minimalist aesthetic and includes a brand card, making it a thoughtful and ceremonial gift right out of the box.

To keep gifting simple, we do not include paper invoices or price tags inside our packages. You will receive an electronic receipt via email, so you can ship our pieces directly to your loved ones.

We encourage reuse where practical. Recycling and disposal requirements vary by material and location, so please separate the packaging and follow your local recycling guidance.

Sundayware focuses on practical steps we can document: providing material-specific care guidance, selecting protective packaging suited to each order, and reviewing packaging and logistics over time. We do not currently make verified carbon-neutral, zero-waste, or other environmental-performance claims.
