Our design hub is based in Guangzhou—a city that serves as our creative cradle and boasts a world-class ceramic supply chain. Each piece is crafted, either by hand or through artisanal processes, in partnership with heritage studios. This allows us to blend modern aesthetics with centuries-old craftsmanship.

Your well-being is our top priority. All Sundayware ceramic dinnerware is crafted from natural mineral clays and lead-free glazes, then high-fired at temperatures exceeding 1250°C. This process ensures our products are entirely free from lead, cadmium, or other toxic heavy metals. All our collections meet international food safety standards (such as FDA), so you can serve any hot or cold dish with total peace of mind.

Most Sundayware ceramic pieces are safe for dishwasher and microwave use, thanks to our high-fired durability.

  • Dishwasher: We recommend a gentle cycle and providing ample space between items to prevent clinking.
  • Microwave: Perfectly safe, though please note that any collections with metallic accents (gold or silver rims) are not microwave compatible.
  • Oven: We do not recommend using our dinnerware for oven baking unless specifically labeled as "Oven-Safe."

This is the essence of Sundayware’s "Slow Living" philosophy. Because we use natural mineral glazes and many of our processes involve hand-finishing, the high-heat transformation in the kiln can result in tiny iron spots or subtle shifts in color. These are not flaws, but rather the natural "breathing" of the earth and fire, ensuring that every piece you own is a unique work of art.

Shipping & Logistics

Sundayware offers a simple and transparent shipping policy for all international orders:

  • Orders over $149: Enjoy Free Shipping.
  • Orders under $149: A flat shipping fee of $9.99 will be applied at checkout.

We typically process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. All Sundayware products are shipped directly from our logistics center in Guangzhou, China. Each piece undergoes a rigorous quality check and is secured in specialized, break-proof packaging before it begins its journey to you.

We proudly offer shipping to most international destinations. Available shipping options and rates will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress in real-time.

If your tracking information shows no updates or the package hasn't arrived past the estimated window, please contact us at care@sundayware.com. If the package is confirmed lost, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement at no extra cost.

No, there are no hidden fees. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, Sundayware covers all import duties and taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—no unexpected charges will be collected upon delivery.

Returns & Replacements

Don’t worry; we are committed to a stress-free experience. While we use secure, eco-friendly packaging, accidents can happen. If your items arrive damaged, please email photos of the product and the packaging to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement for you immediately.

We want you to love every Sundayware piece. If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

Our warehouse typically begins processing orders within 24 hours. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been fulfilled and is in transit, we are unable to make any changes.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that arrival times may vary depending on your bank's processing speed.

Sustainability & Gifting

Yes, we are committed to zero-plastic packaging. To protect our delicate ceramics, we have replaced plastic foam with 100% recyclable honeycomb paper and paper-based cushioning. All our boxes are printed with soy-based inks. Your package is designed not only to arrive safely but to return to the earth as naturally as possible.



Absolutely. Sundayware was designed to share warmth. While we currently do not offer a gift-wrapping service, our standard packaging is crafted with a minimalist aesthetic and includes a brand card, making it a thoughtful and ceremonial gift right out of the box.

To remain eco-conscious and gift-friendly, we do not include paper invoices or price tags inside our packages. You will receive an electronic receipt via email. This means you can confidently ship our pieces directly to your loved ones.

We encourage reuse. Our boxes and honeycomb paper are excellent for storing other household items. If you no longer need them, they are fully compostable and can be placed directly into your curbside paper recycling bin.

Beyond packaging, our core philosophy is "buy less, but buy better." We strive to create durable, high-fired ceramics meant to last for decades, not months, thereby reducing waste. Additionally, we work to minimize the carbon footprint of every order through optimized logistics and warehouse management.
