The SundayWare Promise

We want your table to feel like home.

We craft our stoneware to be heirloom pieces—heavy, soulful, and resonant. We hope you love them as much as we loved making them. But if something isn’t right, here is how we make it better.


1. The "Arrived Safely" Guarantee

If it arrives broken, we replace it. Period.

While we pack our ceramics with skincare-level protection, the journey from our kilns to your doorstep can be long. If you hear a rattle in the box or open it to find a chip:

  1. Don't worry. Do not ship the broken pieces back (it’s dangerous and unnecessary).
  2. Snap a photo of the damage and the box.
  3. Email us at care@sundayware.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will ship a replacement immediately, on us. No forms, no fuss.


2. The 30-Day Ritual Trial

Live with them for 30 days.

Set the table. Have a Sunday brunch. Feel the weight in your hand. If you decide SundayWare isn't the right fit for your home, you may return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return: Email care@sundayware.com with your order number.
  • Return Shipping Fees: If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
  • Refunds:  Once your return is received and inspected at our studio, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 - 5 business days.

3. Kiln Variations: Perfectly Imperfect

Unlike factory-stamped porcelain, our stoneware is alive. It is fired in historical kilns where flame and glaze interact naturally.

You may notice slight variations in glaze depth, tiny "beauty marks" (iron spots from the clay), or subtle textural differences. These are not defects. They are the fingerprints of the kiln—proof that your set was crafted by human hands, not machines.


4. Trade & Bulk Orders

For our Trade Partners: Custom or bulk orders for restaurants and hospitality are final sale, as they are crafted specifically for your vision. Samples are available upon request before committing to a full service.
