Oval Stoneware Plate – Vintage Glaze, 8.6 in

Soft curves meet classic practical aesthetics. 'The Oval' series re-imagine traditional plate design, emphasizing oval contours and rich, textured glazes. With its unique wide-rimmed design and elegant shape, it provides a warm and inviting occasion for dining, from brunch in the morning to dinner in the evening. This is a classic design that can bring a sense of tranquility and order to any table setting.

Iconic Oval Shape
This oval form offers an exciting alternative to the traditional round plate; it not only saves table space but also perfectly complements the beauty of long, thin ingredients such as grilled fish, asparagus, or handmade baguettes.

Classic Color Palette
Our semi-matte organic glaze, after multiple blending and selection processes to achieve a perfect firing effect, evokes a retro and nostalgic feeling. Each limited edition color has been carefully tinted and customized in proportion, and is designed to remain a timeless classic over the years.

Simple and Streamlined Design
The classic wide-rim design pays homage to the aesthetics of Mid-century Modern dining, offering a secure grip while providing an elegant, natural backdrop for your culinary creations.

A Perfect Match for Every Occasion
Its size is large enough to accommodate the formalities of everyday breakfasts, and elegant enough to suit formal dinner occasions.

The Artisan’s Touch

OVAL ELEGANCE
Inspired by the soft geometry of Scandinavian design, our Oval Plate collection redefines the classic dinnerware silhouette. The deliberate, elongated form provides a unique canvas for food presentation, allowing textures and colors to stand out against the muted, earthy palette. Each piece is designed to be mixed and matched, creating a harmonious and grounded sensory experience that embodies the serene spirit of Sundayware.

Hand-Finished Soul

Each Sundayware piece is individually finished by hand, ensuring that no two are ever exactly alike. From the subtle touch of the clay to the organic rim, we embrace the "perfect imperfections" that bring warmth to your table

Kiln-Fired Strength

Fired at 1250°C, our high-fired ceramics combine delicate aesthetics with enduring strength. This artisanal process creates a non-porous, stain-resistant surface designed to be a timeless companion for your daily rituals.

We believe in slow living and conscious creating. Our production prioritizes resource efficiency, and every order is shipped in 100% plastic-free, recyclable packaging—because beautiful objects should never cost the earth.

Beauty in Use.

Care requirements vary by ceramic product, glaze, and decoration. Use a dishwasher or microwave only when the individual product page confirms that the item is suitable. Oven use is permitted only for products explicitly marked oven-safe. Never microwave pieces with metallic accents. Avoid sudden temperature changes, and hand wash with a soft sponge and mild detergent when product-specific guidance is unavailable.

Temperature limits and dishwasher suitability vary by glassware collection. Follow the care instructions on the individual product page. Dishwasher use is suitable only where explicitly confirmed, and the selected wash, rinse, and drying settings must meet that product’s stated limits. Avoid sudden temperature changes. If dishwasher suitability or cycle temperatures are unconfirmed, hand wash with a soft sponge and mild detergent.

Care depends on the metal, finish, handle material, and construction. Follow the instructions on the individual product page. Hand wash the Matte Riveted Flatware collection with a soft sponge and mild detergent; dishwasher cleaning is not recommended for this collection. For other pieces, use a dishwasher only when explicitly confirmed as suitable. Dry promptly after cleaning, and avoid abrasive cleaners or prolonged soaking.

Follow the care instructions for the individual product. Keep wooden pieces out of the dishwasher, microwave, and oven, and do not soak them. Where hand washing is permitted, wash briefly with mild soap and dry promptly. For products marked wipe-clean only, use a damp cloth and dry immediately. Apply food-safe conditioning oil only where recommended for the product’s finish.

Follow the care instructions on the individual product page. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth, or wipe with a damp cloth where permitted. Decorative pieces should not be used for food, in a microwave, or in an oven unless the product page explicitly confirms that use. For incense holders and other functional objects, follow their specific use and placement instructions.
